My arrival experience: Warm welcome from the staff before being escorted to the room.
What I like the most: The professional service and the French signature restaurant.
What about the food: Very good breakfast buffet, but what stands out is the French signature restaurant comparable with a Michelin recommended restaurant in Europe. Check out my video on YouTube.
What about the service: Professional service from well-trained staff in all areas of the hotel. My stay was short, and I only had pleasant experiences with the staff.
What about the rooms: Beautiful classical rooms with a typical St. Regis design. My suite had a freestanding bathtub with bath salt and impressive Remede products in the bathroom. Comfortable bed, working desk and butler service makes it a truly great St. Regis experience despite the large number of rooms.
